Don’t Forget The Rush is a play celebrating the first arrival of the Windrush Generation aboard the Empire Windrush Ship on 22nd June 1948. The play explores the excitement and perils from the perspective of two women who travelled from Jamaica & Trinidad. It is a light-hearted comedic educational and informative piece that has been developed to be an inclusive family-friendly experience.

The show was written and performed for the 75th Anniversary of the Windrush Generation on 22nd June 2023 at Edgbaston Community Centre.
